In a culture where you can literally find just about anything you desire at any time, one of the most important things we can do is decide what we AREN’T going to do. Or more importantly what we aren’t going to focus on (but that’s a different conversation altogether).
Deciding what to DO in our day to day lives defines who we are, how we interact with the world and what we value.

What’s yours? What are you willing to subtract so you can add something new that brings you joy?
